One of the bestest things about being in Nauvoo is meeting all kinds of friends. The family pictured is a family who went to school in New York with Jared. They babysat our grandkids. Just "happened" to meet them after our Sunset by the Mississippi performance one night. The sister holding the toddler served with us in Russia. The tall giant serves as a bishop in the same building our son, Jamie serves as bishop. His son is a Young Performing Missionary (YPM) in Nauvoo. We just found out an Elder we served with in Russia will be here next week. It is so exciting to meet people like this. The chances of us seeing these folks anywhere else is remote.
So, when are YOU going to visit? We'll be here 16 more months...
